We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy. This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website clearskyhorizon.com (our “Website”) or when you visit seller store pages or product pages that we have developed and maintain on behalf of our clients (“Marketplace Pages”) on one or more e-commerce marketplaces (“Marketplaces”), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. We refer to our Website and the Marketplace Pages cumulatively as our “Our Web Pages”.
This Policy applies to any information that we collect on Our Web Pages, including any information in any e-mails, posts, texts and other electronic messages between you and Our Web Pages and any information about you transferred to Our Web Pages from other websites.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We may collect several types of information from and about users of Our Web Pages, including information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, postal or billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and “screen” name. In addition, if you purchase any products on Our Web Pages, the applicable Marketplace may collect billing information required for your payment for such products, including credit card numbers, security codes, billing address and other financial information. All of this information is cumulatively referred to in this Policy as “Personal Information”.
The information we collect on or through Our Web Pages may include information that you provide when purchasing products on Our Web Pages, posting material (such as product reviews) on Our Web Pages, requesting additional information about products available on Our Web Pages, or reporting a problem with Our Web Pages. We will also retain records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses) if you contact us.
In addition, as you navigate through and interact with Our Web Pages, we may automatically collect certain traffic data and usage information to help us manage our content and improve your use of Our Web Pages. This may include information about your equipment, your IP address and your browsing actions and patterns when you visit Our Web Pages, including the referring and exit pages. Such information is not considered Personal Information under this Policy. The technologies that we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies that are stored on your computer, small embedded electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) and other types of embedded code on Our Web Pages that permit us to count users and obtain other related web statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content on Our Web Pages and verifying system and server integrity).
You also may provide information to be posted, published or displayed on public areas of Our Web Pages, or transmitted to other users of Our Web Pages or third parties, including information, feedback and comments (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users of Our Web Pages with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to present Our Web Pages and their contents to you, to provide you with information, to respond to your product inquiries, to process transactions for products that you purchase, and to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information. If you purchase products, the applicable Marketplace may transmit your Personal Information to third party payment processors. We may also use your Personal Information to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection. We may also use the information that you provide in any other way that we describe when you provide the information and for any other purpose with your consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your information that we collect, including your Personal Information:
• To other users on Our Web Pages to the extent you choose to include it in your User Contributions you post publicly, in each case as you direct us to do so via Our Web Pages’ interactive features;
• To our directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, parent and affiliates;
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the us about users of Our Web Pages is among the assets transferred;
• To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request;
• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the applicable Terms of Sale;
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, the users of Our Web Pages or others;
• For any other purpose disclosed when the information is provided; and
• For any other purpose with your consent.
Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that we may share anonymized or de-identified information—such as traffic data (e.g., audience size and usage patterns) that we collect from cookies, web beacons or other embedded code—that is not tied to your Personal Information with third parties without restriction.
Social Media Sites and Widgets
If you log onto Our Web Pages through Facebook, WeChat or a similar social media site, certain information about you will be transferred to us and/or to the applicable Marketplace via Our Web Pages, and the fact that you have logged onto Our Web Pages and some of that transferred information may be available to other users of the social media site. That information may be subject to the privacy policies of any such social media site, and you should review those policies before using a social media site to log onto Our Web Pages. Any such transferred information will otherwise be subject to the terms of this Policy.
You may be able to use social media widgets such as the Facebook Like button on Our Web Pages. These widgets will collect your IP address and identify which page you are visiting on Our Web Pages, and make your preference information available to third parties. The information collected by such widgets is controlled by third party privacy policies.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of Our Web Pages who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we do not currently make disclosures of Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may send us an e-mail at email@example.com to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. Certain forms of your Personal Information cannot be deleted except by also deleting your user account on the applicable Marketplace. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from Our Web Pages, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of Our Web Pages.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Web Pages are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and no one under age 13 may provide any information to Our Web Pages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on Our Web Pages, make any purchases through Our Web Pages, use any of the interactive or public comment features of Our Web Pages or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users Outside of the United States
Our Web Pages are hosted in the United States and our services are provided from the United States. It is possible that certain information will be stored on servers in multiple other countries on the “cloud” or other similar distributed hosting platforms. If you are a user accessing Our Web Pages or services from the European Union, Asia or any other region with laws governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please note that you are transferring your Personal Information outside your home jurisdiction, and that by providing your Personal Information you are consenting to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States and other jurisdictions as indicated above, and to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information that you provide to us is stored on our servers behind firewalls and certain Personal Information will be encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. When you are given (or when you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of a Marketplace or Our Web Pages, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of Our Web Pages such as review and comment boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of Our Web Pages.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we have implemented security measures that we think are adequate, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to Our Web Pages. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on Our Web Pages.
